കോട്ടൂർ-പെരുവച്ചേരി ഗവ എൽ പി സ്കൂൾ പ്രവേശനോൽസവത്തെ വരവേൽക്കാൻ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുടെ കൂടെ 'രക്ഷിതാക്കളുമെത്തി കോട്ടൂർ ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് മെമ്പർ കെ.പി മനോഹരൻ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു.
